His dedication to this principal and to the Center is a strength that we all benefit from. He is married
and has three wonderful daughters, 18 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

Ltg. Vince Forgione is the Commandant of Cadets and Chairman of the General Staff for the
NCCC. He was among the Founding members and served as State Commander for Florida and as Southeast Region
Commander before being Promoted to second in Command of the Center and finally the top position of the NCCCHQ.
Ltg. Forgione always has a smile on his face, and plays a vital role in our National activities. A
Mustang, he came up through the ranks the hard way and so is known for possessing a special insight into the challenges
of both Service and Command.
A Pilot, a Decorated Veteran of 4 of our global Wars or conflicts and an Honored member of a half dozen youth organizations, Ltg.
Vince Forgione has saved our Cadets from many disappointments by way of sharing his own vast experiences.
Ltg. Forgione holds several Military world records and has been featured on the History and Discovery channels.
His invention of the M4-A1A Convertible Commando Fighting Knife is well known and highly sought
after among elite fighting units.
The M4-A1A is a Knuckle knife (Similar to the M-1918 that Ltg. Forgione used in El Salvador)
that attaches to the standard bayonet lug of all m-16 type rifles and is easily converted to a standard bayonet for parade
duty.
Ltg. Forgione recently met the final requirement to pass his Probationary Period and has been promoted
to Lieutenant General By General Ogilvy, Himself.

Col. Luanne Lassater is another long-time member of our staff. She is the Deputy Commandant of Cadets and Vice Chair
of the General Staff. She enjoys keeping the NCCC Computer system up to date.
Special Forces Qualified, she enjoys the outdoors and visits the troops often in Iraq and Afghanistan. She
has won many National and International Military Orienteering and Combat Shooting
events.
